First off, IQonn.com is hosted by Diginext BV (www.diginext.com). Diginext BV respects the privacy of users of its web portal and products, including the IQonn Lite and Pro Connection Manager.
In order to provide you with this (Portal) service, IQonn.com must collect, store and monitor certain personalized information on its servers. Only relevant information in order to provide you with our services is stored and processed. The information is retrieved by you, using an e-mail address and a password, in order to retrieve your services. IQonn.com and Diginext B.V. believe that personal data must remain personal and guarantees this in its License Agreements. We do not require, nor do we store, your first name, last name, street address, banking details and/or credit card details or social security number. The only "personal information" we have of you is your e-mail address and we will not share, sell or give this to anyone, for any reason.
Diginext will not make any unique data available unless it is legally ordered to do so by authorities. Even so, we can not hand to them what we do not have.
What does Diginext record?
We use the information provided to process any transactions undertaken by you and for internal administration and analysis. Without this information we would not be able to provide the IQonn website and service to you. We disclose your information to third parties for the purpose of administration and providing services to you (for example: a billing agent like Paypal). From time to time we may employ a third party to send out e-mail campaigns and to serve cookies and pixel tags. The information may also be used to notify you of products and services, including those of third parties where you have opted to receive information by e-mail about third party offers, which may be of interest to you. How do you use cookies on IQonn?
We only employ session cookies to store the necessary transaction information during one visit. Cookies are small files that are sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard disc. Whenever you visit IQonn, and unless you have changed the settings in your browser so as not to accept cookies, then your computer will store an identifying code in the cookie which may mean you do not need to type your username into the member login box each time you return to the site. Other than this, we store a 'Session ID' which helps us to determine if you have logged into your web site. These IDs are highly encrypted and have no direct correlation with your personal data.
